Cathy Collins ~ Client Account & Billing Manager

Cathy is a current resident of Walterboro, SC since 1998 and has lived in South Carolina since 1983.

Not only did Cathy serve in the U.S. Air Force, but she also has several associates degrees in general business and business systems, and a diploma in bookkeeping.

In Myrtle Beach, SC, prior to moving to Walterboro, SC, Cathy held several financial positions, including the Night Audit Supervisor position through Sands Ocean/Beach Club Resorts. Upon moving to Walterboro, she was the Billing Clerk and Office Manager for 2 different companies. These companies managed Accounts Receivables and Reimbursement services for more than 14 ambulance providers' contracts. Cathy managed the Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Bank Reconciliations for both the companies and their clients.

Currently, she handles You And Me Enterprises' clients accounts, billing, payment processing and bookkeeping. She is responsible for tracking our statistical data used for quality assurance, client satisfaction and project cost management.

Since 2003, Cathy's been a great asset in assisting clients with payment arrangements, and in handling any account issues they may have. Cathy insures that all of our clients are treated as people, refusing to allow them to be "just a number." Her personal touch in everything she does is a contributing factor to our high level of client satisfaction.
